Studio Policy & Guidelines


Any prospective or return client who cancels their appointment WITHOUT 24 hours notice from their scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50% of their scheduled service.

Any prospective or return client that fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment will be subject to pay the FULL price of their scheduled service.

In the event of a same day cancellation or no call/no show, a 50% deposit will be requested upon booking of the next service.

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please TEXT ME that you are in the area. The building my loft is located in stays locked when the boutique is not open and I will meet you at the door to let you inside.

If someone is able to open the door for you, please wait in the boutique area until I come to meet you. This helps keep the hallways clear and uncrowded, and there is so much to look at downstairs!

If you are running behind or late for your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so that I may let my clients scheduled after that I will be running behind. In the event that I am running behind, I will always do my best to get a hold of you to give you a heads up!
